Rooster Reveal and Giveaway!

**ETA** Winners for the giveaway have been announced on the Midnight Rooster blog HERE (hint: my winner was Rebecca!)

It's already that time again...time to reveal this month's kit at Midnight Rooster!

This month's kit is called Earth Party, and it is SO very lovely! I love the gorgeous mix of soothing colors in this kit, and the exclusive handmade items in this kit are some of my FAVORITES so far from Midnight Rooster...rolled-fabric flower accents, TWO sizes of banner stamps, and some adorable clay buttons!

Here's my first-and-favorite layout with the kit:

LOVE how well the Jenni Bowlin butterflies coordinated with the Prima paper and the unique trim in the kit.

Misted up the background and the handmade flower with Lemon Maya Mist and Sea Glass Glimmer Mist...and check out those adorable exclusive clay buttons! I want a whole package of those little toadstools!

This next layout is another fave...the photo colors are looking darker online for some reason, but IRL the whole look of this layout is much more neutral. :)

The clock-hands from the Cosmo chipboard set made a great layered accent with yet another hand-rolled flower accent. And the Moda fabric?! Love it so much...used pinking shears to cut it into circles and stitched it onto the page.

The next two layouts turned out, um, not exactly what I had in mind, heh...but I love lots about them, especially the memories they capture. :)

This one is the opening layout for this year's vacation album...our first long trip-by-car!

Loved putting together little clusters with the Cosmo chipboard, and using the last of the three luscious handmade flowers...plus I LOVE writing long column journaling on a ledger background. :) And this mickey-eared photo of my girls makes me smile so much.

The last layout makes me happy because I think it documents possibly the ONLY photos I have of just my brother and me (Note To Self--take MORE sibling photos!):

To create a more distressed-and-neutral look for this page, I heavily sanded the Cosmo accents.

Lastly, a simple little card...adore these cute little helicopters, and also used the small banner stamp here:

Ok, so are you still listening?! Here's the giveaway!!!

You could win this sweet mini-kit from Midnight Rooster:

Crate paper - Paper Doll, Katie
